Tongue tie doctor in the Orlando area?

DS is having breastfeeding problems, and I want to get him checked for a posterior tongue tie. The ENT doctor we went to doesn't believe in posterior tie. Does anyone know of any doctors who have experience with recognizing and treating this?

Have you tried Dr. Rich and Pat Lindsay in Maitland? Dr. Rich is a pediatrician but automatically checked both my kids for tongue tie when they were born, and Pat is the LC right in his office who also may be able to take a good look.

Just as an FYI, things are a little off at the office right now-Dr. Rich broke his ankle a few weeks ago and so things are a little weird over there right now.

She fixed my DD's tongue tie in 2005 and saved our breastfeeding relationship. I know it is a drive, but if you can't find anyone else, it would be worth it. I drove from WPB to see her then, and if I needed to again, I would drive down there from Tallahassee where I live now.

Thanks! I called them, but couldn't afford the out-of-pocket price.

I ended up seeing Dr. Kosko of CENTA, and he was able to see and clip a small, tight tie in an odd place. He says they do about 1 clip a week.

Here's hoping DS can re-learn his latch now!
