Help figuring out fee for service

Can anyone help me figure out how much I can charge for the following:
I speak French at home to my 4.5 year old so I would offer to take care of another child between 3-5 years old at my home and speak only French to them both. This would include taking them out to the park and doing other activities that I would normally do with my own kid. The advantage over regular babysitting is that the child will learn French from interacting with me and my kid (especially if long term arrangement). What could I ask per hour?
I know it depends where I live. I live in Boise, Idaho, does that help?

would you be providing care hourly or weekly? generally hourly care is much more than weekly. not knowing how much childcare runs in boise, i would suggest to charge about 40% more. like if you would normally charge $8 an hour, then charge $11. just a thought. very cool concept, for sure.
