Know of any healthy energy boosters?

I'm 10 weeks two days and feeling like I can't get off the couch
My body feels really heavy and I'm finding it hard to drag myself to work most days. I'm trying to avoid caffeine but am wondering if there's something I can do to get my pep back up. Any thoughts?
Blessings.

I haven't gotten my blood work results yet, but I am taking my prenatal vitamins that have some iron in them.

I had horrid energy issues last time around, and it was NOT my iron. I am pretty sure the pregnancy zapped what was left of my adrenals. This time, I'm watching for it again and have adrenal glandulars ready. L-tyrosine helps me when not-pg, though I think my MW would rather I find natural ways to supplement it rather than in capsule form. B vitamins are also really good for energy - B-12 dots are an easy way to get a little boost.

I hope you feel better! I so know the feeling and am hoping and praying to avoid it this time!!
