Do you work within a court system or do you have personal experience with this? I, by no means, was asking to speak to him every day. Every 2-3 days is ok with me and not unreasonable, in my opinion. I know every court system differs and honestly, he's such a PITA over trivial bullsh*t that I'm not going to cause a stink in court over this as long as I get at least two days in one week. It's mostly his passive aggressive way of dealing with things instead of communicating and co-parenting effectively that drives me batty.
