Rapid City, SD need help finding Pedi

Hi all
I am trying to help a fellow mama who has a child with special needs. She needs to find a good pedi or GP soon. Her current "doctor" has been totally negligent in treating her daughter and she needs a new one ASAP. She is in Rapid City but willing to travel - perhaps Sioux Falls? Any help would be much appreciated!

Did some quick searching and found www.sdparent.org which is an organization for parents of special needs and they are sending her info and getting her connected. Rapid City is so far from EVERYTHING it seems!
