To Babies Born!

2:57 a.m. on 1/3/11, 37 yo crunchynerd birthed 3rd child James Liam into her own hands in the labor pool, at home, after a fast hard labor of less than 3 hours. 9 lbs, 22 inches, 38 weeks 4 days. 2nd HBAC. 3 yo Big Brother woke from labor sounds, and was present throughout, 6 yo Big Sister slept through the labor this time, but was awakened to greet the baby!

Kyle Joseph was born on Jan 9th at 7:46 pm - a successful VBAC!!!!  He was born at 37w 3d, weighed in at 6 lbs 2 oz and is 18.5 inches long.

Elise Margaret, born January 4th, 8:36 am, 6 days before her due date.

6 pounds, 5 ounces. Unfortunately I had to have a repeat c-section, but everyone is well.

Congratulations Lillymonster.  Sorry you didn't get your VBAC but so happy to hear everyone is well.  Elise is the name we have picked out if our LO is a girl I love it .  Enjoy you babymoon and hope you have speedy recovery.

Baby born:

Calliope Fern came at 37w 4d, after an hour and a half long labor! 

She was born 1-11-11, at 3:26 a.m., narrowly made it to the hospital with my 2 sons and dp who were witness to the immediate 3 push swift entry into air.. 

She was 7 lbs, 3 oz and 19.5 inches.  She nursed like a champ.

Our son, Gideon Thomas, was born on 1-15-11 at 7:45pm after a very intense and quick labor.

8 lbs., 8 oz. and 20.5 inches long.  He's perfect, I feel great, and now we're basking in the Babymoon.

Baby Alexander was born on Jan 7, when I was 38w2d.

VBAC hospital birth with midwives, natural and unmedicated! (It only took four hours start to finish, so I wouldn't have had time for meds if I wanted them haha)

UPDATE>Adele Marie arrived 12days past her edd on January 13 at 4:45 in the morning with no drugs and no tub (had to start pushing while on the way to the tub rm!):joy she was 9 lbs3 oz 20 1/4 in long. she is sweet and easy going can't wait to get to know her more!
