anyone have one of these?

I am thinking of asking for one for Mother's Day. I want to use it in our bed so that I can leave our 6mo in there with the other girls (5 and 3). She would be sleeping closest to the 5yo and we have 2 full size beds pushed together so there is plenty of room for everyone.

Looking for any feedback. Thanks!

Ok, I am an idiot, but this is latex and we think our middle child has a latex allergy. So, now my question is, does anyone know of something out there like this that is safe for co sleeping? Thanks!

if it is natural latex, you may be ok:

Natural latex is inherently hypoallergenic, anti-microbial and dust mite resistant, making it perfect for allergy sufferers

also, is your LO's allergy when in contact with Latex, or just like breathing it? if it is contact, this would be covered by it's case and perhaps also a sheet, so less possible contact, and may still be an option.

I've not used this, but it looks nifty!

It does look kind of cool, but I just used a pillow along the edge instead. Cheaper!

There is a short window that this (or my pillow) mattered, because babies start climbing all over you and everything else soon enough!!

We have the TresTria and I am contact allergic to latex but suffer no respiratory issues from latex exposure. Natural latex doesn't seem to bother me and I absolutely love the TresTria for multiple uses (edge of bed, reading in bed, body pillow, we put it on living room floor and entire family can use it as a pillow while we watch movies, DS pretends it's a horse LOL). I guess it would just depend on the scope of the latex allergy. I have seen bolster pillows made of fiberfill that have a strap that goes around the mattress, that may be an idea if the latex wouldn't work.

I am not trying to prevent her from falling out of the bed, that is totally not an issue. I am trying to create a separate sleeping space for her in the family bed for when I am not in there. I am not comfortable with her sleeping with her sisters yet. I feel we need some kind of barrier.

Thanks for the responses. Since we have struggled so much to get dd#2's allergies under control I just didn't feel comfortable with the latex. Instead I purchased the Humanity Family Sleeper. It looks like it will work well for our needs.
