focus on career or have a new baby?

hi Jamie! Thanks for providing this service for us and for MDC.

My question is: I feel like I am at a crossroads and am having a somewhat difficult time finding clarity around it. We have an amazing 3 year old daughter and want to have another baby at some point. We just don't know when. I am unsure if I should focus on my career (which has been scaled waaay back, since I am a 24/7 mom) or go ahead and invite a new little person into our family now and revive the career later. Do you see anything for me around the timing of another baby v.s. a career revival?

I am pretty clearly seeing another child joining you when your first is 5 years old. So really, depending on how close to four she is right now will let you know how soon that really is in regards to 9 months of pregnancy and all.
I'm hearing that it will be a March baby too. (FYI)
My instinct is telling me baby first.
Interestingly, I'm not totally sure you will want to revive your career. You may, but it's not what I am feeling for you at this moment.
