HELP sore nipples before AF

is there any help? i am in agony when she nurses, especially now that she's an acrobat.

no! i had a tubal in december. i get like this every month, from about cd26 through cd 2 or so. idk about the nipple creams because the last time i daubed some on, she made an icky face when she nursed the next time and i had to do a nipple wipe
