ISO resources on inducing 1st PP AF while BFing

Is that enough acronyms?!

I know there are a few threads here, but none of them have many responses. DD is 15 months old and I'm thinking it might be time to induce my first PP AF because we'd like to TTC in the next 6 mos. - year. DD is already "day weaned" and goes 11-13 hours without nursing. I am taking the mini-pill; not sure if that's keeping AF away.

Anyone have any resources to share?

Suggestions for gentle herbal preparations (tea would be wonderful!) that are safe while breastfeeding?

I don't know that many methods to "encourage" fertility to return will do much while you are on birth control...

Yeah you're right. That's sort of silly, huh?

I stopped taking the mini pill last week, to see if it makes any difference. Duh.
