colostrum

I found a farm that has colostrum and I'm wondering what the benefits are and how does it taste?

I've never had it. I don't personally feel like drinking colstrum is very ethical, though I love and drink milk. AFAIK, cows have not been bred to produce more colstrum than their calves need, though they have for milk. So while you can milk a cow with an older calf and the calf can still get enough food, colstrum seems like stealing from the calf. just my opinion.

Totally get what your saying. Makes me think of it in a different way now. I was curious because I see being called a super food!
