Who else is still wearing maternity clothes?

I'm 6 weeks PP and determined not to buy anything until I go back to work in another 6 weeks. But MAN I'm hating these jeans with a panel!

I am. Almost all my pre-pregnancy clothes still don't fit. I am ok with the tops not fitting since nursing has changed my chest size pretty dramatically. But I wish my pants fit!

Funny you should say. It's been exactly 6 weeks and today is my first day back at work and I almost put on some of my smaller maternity pants. I refused though. Silly, but I just didn't want to wear maternity pants back to work.
I can fit my regular jeans, but not comfortably, so I'm wearing stretchy type pants for the time being.

My old clothes do not even go over my hips. Forget the stomach! I looked like a snow man with this stupid 2-tiered white nursing top.

don't hate me, but... not me.

i was in my pre maternity pants about 1 week PP, and that was only because i was mostly in pjs and had lots of stitches that i didn't want to have stiffer fabrics against. although i did wear a pair of maternity jeans for a while just because i really liked the cut of them.

i never even bought any maternity shirts, although it was nice to be able to wear some of the slimmer-fitting sweaters i'd put away to avoid stretching them.

I feel like a mess. I don't have too many clothes to begin with. I'm not looking forward to going back to work because I have nothing that fits. And because I'm not working I have no $ to buy anything new.

At 5 wks pp, I can get into a couple pairs of my pre-pregnancy pants but also not comfortably. It is still maternity jeans and the bella band for me.

my regular clothes fit when they fit

I was in pre-pregnancy clothes when I left the hospital. I did have a c-section (vertical incision), so they were a bit rough on my incision, but overall okay. I'm actually about 35 pounds below where I was before I got pregnant so I've been able to pull out some of my older clothes that didn't fit, it's been great. As a note, though, I am a fluffier mama so that's probably why it was so much easier for me to fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes!

I'm still wearing some maternity pants, but it's mostly b/c i don't really like my non-maternity wardrobe (it's getting pretty ratty). I swear the hip binding made a huge difference in getting into my pre-preg clothes. My hips barely fit in my maternity clothes right after giving birth, b/c they had spread so much, but after binding for a week, I was wearing my pre-preg pants. Now the extra belly skin... that's another story...

i am so glad to say NO. haha.

i am officially down over 30lbs in 8 weeks!
things definitely do not fit the same, and I still have at least about 20lbs to go in weight loss till I am happy with where I am, but it is very nice to be able to wear my pre-pregnancy jeans. even if they are tight!

I have some denim shorts that were big before pregnancy, so I am able to wear those (and it is warm enough to do so!). Otherwise, I'd still be in mat jeans and a Bella band, because my regular jeans are uncomfortable on my belly.

I still wear my pre-pregnancy jeans. Why? Because I'm too lazy to go find my non-pregnancy jean in our storage unit. I'm wearing yoga pants, and skirts mostly.

*sigh*

The only reason why I'm not wearing maternity clothes is because I packed them away so I wouldn't wear them. LOL

I have a size bigger clothes from my last two pregnancies, which I have been wearing. (or at least the ones I fit into) All my shirts fit me funny and are too short and tight though.

I tried to go shopping but failed miserably finding clothes that camoflage the wide waist and tummy. Plus I'm still hoping my hips shrink more (they'd better!!)
