I hear about it all the time actually: "My son is cranky today because he just had his xyz vax," followed by a chorus of "Oh yeah, we did that last week/yesterday/look at my dc's arm!/dc screamed bloody murder," etc...

Anywhere we've been where there are lots of children- the rec centre, playgrounds- and parents sitting/standing around talking, if I am there for longer than a few minutes, it comes up- most especially at the end of summer.

I don't talk to people I don't know in general about personal decisions (extreme introvert), but I do love to hear the rare conversation diverted to non-vaxing by someone who whose dc are not vax'ed.

No, I'm not very open about it. The only people that know are my parents & one of my sisters, and our doc (and obviously everyone online but no one IRL knows me on here). I don't really see the reason to share that info with anyone else. I will still discuss vaxes and I'm sure some might guess/assume he is not vaxed or partially vaxed, and others might assume he's fully vaxed but I just don't love the idea of vax'ing or something. I guess I don't really care what assumptions people make but I don't know what I'd say if someone asked directly, it has never come up, it would probably depend who's asking.

I'm pretty open about it. I like to learn what others are doing so I can shape my plans and do more research. There's Nothing like knowing someone who has already done all the leg work, who won't pressure you either way.
