DD potty trained herself on her own over a month ago, she is 2. She just went into the bathroom and sat on her potty and peed. After that, when out and about she would say she has to go and when I would take her she would go. Her diaper stayed completely dry. At night, she may have had 1 accident at night. Then a week ago she started regressing. I have read that regressing is normal but after so long and after her practically being completely using the potty and almost no accidents for a month? First she started wetting at night, no big deal. Then she started having an accident here and there. Now, she is having 5 or more accidents a day... whats getting to me she is peeing on my bed most of the time. What is up with this? How should I handle this? Right now I am acting like its no big deal we all have accidents, lets get you changed, we use the big potty to stay dry and lets clean it up but I am beginning to get frustrated. I know she is doing it on purpose. Should I just put her in diapers again? I am kind of lost here. When DS potty trained, and that took us a long time, but when he got it (like she did/dose) he had it and never looked back. Any ideas, suggestions?

I don't have any specific ideas, but my DD potty trained around 19 months (at least that is when she stopped wearing diapers) and we definitely had some "setback" weeks where she would have multiple accidents a day. When it started happening, I would just take her to the potty every hour to hour and a half. I was very proactive about it. That seemed to help and got us back into a routine so to speak. After a few weeks of that, I felt confident enough to stop taking her unless she asked. She is now 2 but still has accidents sometimes, but I know 4 and 5 year olds that do too! Mostly it's when she is distracted or playing and having fun.
For me, going back to diapers was not an option, but I know a lot of people suggest that if a regression lasts a long time. I just found my patience, acted like the accidents were not a big deal and took her to the potty frequently. We were back on track in a few weeks!

After kids have used the potty for awhile they can start experimenting with "how long can I hold it". I think that usually happens around 4-6 so if it's that your dd is early, but should be through it fast.
I'd start asking her to use the toilet before she gets on your bed. "When you're on my bed, you don't always know you need to go pee." Or get a waterproof mat and have her stay on that if she wants to be on your bed.

Thanks for the input ladies.
I do already take her to the potty frequently. She pees (and A LOT) about 2 to 3 times an hour. I spend to much time in the bathroom these days between helping her and myself as I am pregnant.
I take her with me every time I go and anytime I think of it. She may be experimenting with holding it as she is going so frequently and I definitely like the idea of having her go before getting on my bed.
Thanks for the ideas and help.

Pineapple, melon, and cucumber all make kids pee all.the.time. So it can be good to give smaller amounts of those at any one time. Or group them all into one part of the day so when they wear off you're done.
Dairy sensitivities, excessive salt, not enough salt (a possible problem for people who eat no processed foods whatsoever), wheat sensitivities, all can cause very frequent peeing too, but are harder to correct for.
Funnily, for some people the pineapple, etc has a worse effect if they have dairy, and for others, mixing them with yogurt helps matters.
For a frame of reference, my dd was going every two hours from 16 to 19 months old (now it's more random
but longer), and had a bunch of pineapple one day and started peeing every 20 minutes. So the diuretic foods have a significant impact.
