My DH and I are adopting a little boy from Taiwan, right now he is 2 months old and hopefully he will be home in 3-5 months. Anyway, I have heard/read that you can lactate without giving birth. Also, I've read wonderful information about how this is great for attachment and bonding with an adopted child. Does anyone have any info, help, or know where I can get some good solid information on this? Thanks!

I don't know much about it personally but I think it involves both pumping to stimulate supply, and teaching your little one to nurse.
This is a page I came across on KM.

They also have a pumping/relactating forum that I've seen a few post regarding adoptive nursing on.

I think the product Lact-Aid was created by an adoptive nursing mom. You may find more info on her site.
Finally, I just wanted to wish you all the best. Congratulations, Congratulations, Congratulations on your new addition!

Yes it is possible. It is usually more about the nursing experience than necessarily about a full milk supply, but sometimes that's possible too.
Here's a great resource: http://www.fourfriends.com/abrw/
Good luck!!
