Does she already have a bike that fits her?
Or maybe a scooter.
I don't know about your living situation but (since we're heading into summer) what about some outdoor toys - anything from swing set to inflatable pool to sports toys like ball hockey stuff, basketball net, etc.
Is there anything practical (clothing, etc) that she could use and would be excited about getting? For ex. my dd was super excited about a pair of tights she got for her 5th b-day.

Special set of dishes/cutlery/etc just for her (dd for xmas got a set of plates with cats on them that were a hit).
Board game (depends on her interests. Snakes and Ladders is a classic as is Candyland

), or set of kid-friendly playing cards (just today I saw "card holders" for kids like my dd who have trouble holding their cards in a fan shape).
