It's a huge resource for crockpot recipes, and the author's family are gluten-free so she points out which ingredients/brands are gluten free for her recipes. i.e. for a recipe that calls for soy sauce she will state which gluten-free brand they use, but of course if you're not gluten free you can use any brand.
