But I thought you where supposed to soak flour in water and yogurt but she doesn't say water just yogurt unless I missed it??? Do I add water to my wheat flour sitting in yogurt?

Ok should I add some water to my wheat flour soaking or is it fine in just yogurt? I don't mean to be impatient but I don't want to mess it up!!!!

Mmmm... that looks good. Some recipes for baked goods don't have any water or in some soaked recipes, all the water or milk is substituted with yogurt or kefir. In altering recipes, I sometimes have to add all the butter and honey just to get enough liquid to soak the flour.
