Hotsling sizing?

I'm considering getting a Hotsling this time around (had a Peanut Shell, but I doubt I'll be getting it back from my sister, lol), but I don't know how to approach the sizing.

While I haven't gotten off my rear to measure hip to shoulder yet, the rest of my measurements are scattered across size 3 (bra), 4 (typical weight), and 5 (shirt size)!

What do you consider the most important measurement for a good fit? Should I just let the hip to shoulder be the defining factor?

have you considered getting an adjustable hotsling? they fit sizes 2-5 on the regular hotslings size chart. so they are a safer bet then getting a sized one, especially if you feel like your size may fluctuate a lot after the baby comes.
other then that, i'd go by shoulder to hip measurement. the caveat being, if you are very pregnant the measurement may not be as accurate.

I have a Peanut Shell and a Hotsling and because of the stretchier fabric on my HS I had to trade down to a size smaller.
