Thank you for this post. My son is on the spectrum and he was homebirthed, not vaccinated or circumcised, cloth diapered, exclusively breastfed for his first 8 months and nursed until age 3 yrs 9 months, fed vegetarian organic food, etc etc. It's who he is and while he may learn coping skills, he will always be who he is.

Thanks for the ideas for PCOS. I'll try those.

As far as the autism response, I know each child is different, but I also know my child. There may not be studies to prove one causation or the other, but I don't need proof from an outside source.

OK, the heart thing has scared me. No, they never checked her levels. She seemed to be less lethargic for the first two days, then she seemed more jaundiced. I'll ask about that though...
