Paige - Remind me what happened to you? I'm glad you got out to run. I am dreaming of that!
Nemesis - Here's the deal with the swimming. Several people here told me how. I knew how to swim, and had a good form, etc. But, after about a lap, maybe two, I'd feel horrid. So I started by pushing myself to 3 laps one week. Then 4 the next, and so on. Once I hit about 5 laps, I started to get into a rhythm, figure out the breathing, and felt like I could go longer. I jumped to 10 laps, then, half a mile. After I got to 20 laps (35 being a mile), I knew I could do it, so just did it one day. While this is the longest I have gone, I have been doing a mile and a half pretty regularly. There is something that happens between 5-10 laps, though. I'm guessing it's like with running, where that first warm up mile is really tough, but then, everything comes together.
Oh, and congrats on the soap making! I love, love, love my soap!!
Plady - I made it to 90 seconds on the plank test as well. The other stuff (not related to speed or running
) I did really well on. Core work, I need to improve!
