Sounds like a great person gone. So sorry.
Well, if it did snow, I see no evidence of it.
I am giving cheese a try for real. Curd is sitting on the stove now. Wish us luck. Now that I have taken the kids from mamas at night, I am getting great quantities and have plenty for everyone to drink and make stuff besides. I have freeze-dried kefir culture, but think I will make yogurt with my next accumulation before doing the kefir.
I was considering doing the granola again, but I am afraid.
I gave away my too-big Dockers and went without replacing them for weeks until I achieved the size I needed to...I know how dumb this sounds, but I knew I'd need an 8 once I am at/near goal. Well, yesterday I got my new size 8 Dockers, they look great
and I think I can wear them for another 8 pounds, so I should be able to wear them for a good, long time. I am so pleased to be back into this size/weight range (approaching "normal"), but I am afraid to be around delicious, whole grain carb-based foods. This sucks.
Am trying hard to satisfy myself with lots of raw vegetables and proteins. Fats find their way in through the dairy, eggs, fish and meats. Craving sweets at night, so I am trying to train myself to hit the sack before it happens. Aargh.
No FM planned for today, but hoping for a good, long run tomorrow.
