We keep water in the peri bottle the hospital gave me. We don't worry about anything else.

I use water, a little bit of witch hazel, tea tree EO or eucalyptus EO and any natural oil like olive, safflower, almond, whatever we have on hand. I shake my spray bottle then spray right on his tush and use a cloth wipe, it works great and he smells fabulous!
