I'm 21 weeks and I've noticed a fair amount of pressure these last few days. Reminiscent of the cervical pressure of a head down baby late in pregnancy. I started noticing it on Friday when I had been on my feet at work, and out in the sun (80+ degree weather). I also swelled all up for the first time this pregnancy. Resting and fluids brought that down. The pressure has been kind of off and on the last few days. I didn't notice it all morning, but then was up cleaning for the last hour or so and began to notice it again. I have not had an increase in Braxton Hicks, only noticing a couple in the last three days and I've certainly had nothing like a real contraction. I feel fine otherwise, just this pressure. Is this something to be concerned about? I'm on my third pregnancy, so I suspect a fair amount of this is just normal. Thoughts?
