to make a good habit of it, I would check every morning during my morning shower. I knew it would almost always be the same time, would always be in the same position under the same conditions AND I knew my hand was the cleanest it would get.

(be sure to do it BEFORE shampooing or you risk having that on your hand and Im pretty sure that would burn)

quick am: Last night got a pink line on IC that is going the wrong way. This morning a stark white ic and possible squinter on frer with fmu. I can see pink now it's dried but you can't go by that. Saw something starting a few minutes into the test time though. Pic taken at 10 min, but can't see much on pic. Is that a sign it's an evap?

it says: vit E 10mg and 1000mg of EPO?

does vit E play a role in ttc at all? and if it doesnt what does it do...

Nothing too interesting here...cd3. Saw my acupuncturist yesterday and she wants me to start Vitex and B6 to lengthen my lp since last cycle was only 8 days. And I definitely have some thyroid/adrenal issues going on. Saw my pcp today and she ordered b/w and a thyroid u/s since she feels enlargement on my left side and I have a family history of hypothyroidism/goiters. I'm also trying to get into see my ND this week as well since I'm worried if I do show up as low thyroid that I'll be on Synthroid the rest of my life and I'd rather go the natural route. I guess I'll know more later this week!

Holly - your chart looks great but I know some people don't get a BFP until 14-21 dpo. My sister didn't get a BFP until 20 dpo!

Can you have implantation spotting at 14DPO? I could be wrong and it could be 13 DPO...possible to have it that late? It's only BARELY there maybe every other time I go potty. I had TONS of EWCM the past 2-3 days. And it is sorta brown/not really/but kinda..LOL! I'm not giving up hope...but I'm not holding my breath...

jennifer its not silly to take a test at all, but i think most of us, if we check, get ew from the estrogen just before our af. and i do tend to think 14 dpo probably is too late for implanting, if your days are right, 12 would be a really outside chance, but 14, it sucks but i dont think it's very likely.

annablue- awesome. you dont need to pee again, girl, that's a pretty clear line there. happy for you.
