AFM - I am just starting to try to chart cervix, and I have a question. Does cervical position change with time of day? Or in other words, do I need to do it at the same time every day for it to mean anything? Yesterday morning it seemed high, last night low, now high again this morning?

to make a good habit of it, I would check every morning during my morning shower. I knew it would almost always be the same time, would always be in the same position under the same conditions AND I knew my hand was the cleanest it would get.
(be sure to do it BEFORE shampooing or you risk having that on your hand and Im pretty sure that would burn)

I'm gonna
somebody please wake me up when I'm actually pregnant.
