Weight Watchers--May 2010 - Page 3

A couple weeks ago I hit 142 with a goal of 140. Since then I have just been struggling. I haven't tracked in forever (though kept losing weight.) I just want to EAT. My son often says, "My tummy is full. You can finish it."

So, over the last two weeks I've gained 1.5 pounds and am now at 143.5.

I talked with the leader today after the session (I missed the session, just came in as it was ending.) I told her how much I am struggling right now. She said we should just set my goal at 143 and be done with it. I get credit for the past 2 weeks as maintenance. I have 4 weeks to go to lifetime. I'd like to lose more, but at least I can see an end to the fees.

So now I just need to maintain. We'll see how that goes.

That's great, Sunday Crepes! 2 weeks into maintenance, and just 4 to go. Just stay near or under 143. Maybe push for more "Filling Foods" or try the "Simply Filling" technique that I totally don't get.

Or, what I'm attempting this week - I'm trying to get in all 28 activity points. Yesterday I did 5! And then you're supposed to eat those points in lean protein within an hour and a half of earning them, ideally. It is a crazy amount of time, and I was on the rowing machine at 10:20PM last night, but I do feel full.

My goal is to make more exercise a habit and a pleasure. So getting it in isn't such a big deal. If I really stuck to the plan and got all my healthy guidelines in, I'd be in amazing shape. We'll see.

OK, SundayCrepes, have a good last month of paying!

Hello!

I have been lurking here for a couple months now but decided i'd finally chime in!

I started on WW about 6 weeks ago when I was 6 weeks postpartum.

I'm adding on the nursing points and get about 30 points a day. I can't believe how easy it is to stay within those 30 points. I did WW years ago and I think I got about 22 then.

I was 184 the day after I had my daughter and am now 152.4
Goal weight is 140.

I feel so proud of myself for sticking with my goal to lose for 3 months now. I feel like I could go on forever just eating healthier foods in smaller portions. I ate WAY too much when I was pregnant.

I love weight watchers!

Did it! Got all 28 activity points in last week. It was a real push. My new goal is to keep it up for 100 days. By then hopefully it's a habit. And although it was a pain and a change to my routine, etc. I did find I liked it. Especially using the rowing machine. I always feel more relaxed and happy afterwords. And it's fun to really listen to some good music.

So - 1.2 lbs lost, perfect! Probably a lb of muscle gained. Just need to keep this pace up.

Hope it was a good week for everyone else too!
