Can honey be used in canning blackberry jam?

Me and the kids picked blackberries today. Yes I know it is EARLY but they are ready to be picked! Anyways I was wanting to know for those of you out there with experience in canning if you use honey to sweeten your jams with and how hard or easy is it?

It's easy. But "regular" pectin won't set with it. You need something like Pomona's Universal Pectin, which can be used for making any kind of jam - unsweetened to full sugar. I never follow a recipe for jam anymore, since every batch of fruit is different. I sweeten them to taste.
