Subbing!

How about smoothies, and to make it more like a meal, add greens and soaked nuts or seeds, perhaps some hemp seeds and chia seeds

bananas....mangos....any fruit will do for a quick meal. Salads and smoothies are a given. We like to make green smoothie "soups" and eat them with a spoon to eat it more slowly. I make a great raw applesauce with apples, pears, raisons, and some water blended up for a few minutes in the blender. Raw veggies with some avocado dip.

I have two default raw dinners. The first is raw pesto pasta. In my food processor I blend a clove of garlic, salt, pepper, the juice of half a lemon, 3 tbs hemp nuts (optional), a huge handful basil, and a 1/3 cup olive oil. I add more basil or more olive oil if I feel it needs it.

You have a couple of options for "noodles". My favorite is shredded beets (I throw them in my food processor with the grate attachment, and even better, you don't have to wash out the food processor after the pesto!), but sweet potatoes are great, and so are zucchini (but lightly salt and drain them first).

You can top with raw cheese if you do that
All of this takes less than 10 min.

I have lots more but a little one who keeps getting out of bed, so I promise to return soon with more

Raw foody

I have been doing raw vegan since the beginning of the year. I have a blog about it with recipes as well: rawkinwithtrish.blogspot.com

Also if you are near San Antonio, join the Raw food meetup group:
www.meetup.com/Rawkers

I have a lot of other Raw food blogs listed on my site so I hope that will help you moms out there desiring to increase your Raw food intake!

These are two I like:

Raw cheeze on romaine:
brazil nuts, garlic, lemon juice and cilantro (and water and salt as needed) blended or food processed

zucchini "noodles" with cashew alfredo sauce
for sauce process cashews, miso, nutritional yeast, garlic, and salt (opt. basil and oregano)
I use a julienne slicer for my noodles and I'm eyeing a mandoline or a spiralizer. I'm not always raw, and sometimes I like the zucchini slightly steamed.
