Some family members have a big, male (neutered) cat who bites. And when I say "bites", I mean, breaks the skin, leading to infected wounds and automatic antibiotics. He's bitten my aunt four times and my uncle twice. All bites were totally unprovoked, including one night while my aunt was asleep.

Is there anything they can do to train the cat not to bite, or is he a lost cause? I think one more bite and kitty will be no more.
