good potty books/videos

I'm sure that there are threads on this, but I am crunched for time.

I'm a teacher and my goal is to really get down to business on potty training with DS this summer (although, I won't create a fight over it... I'm not willing to push if he's just not ready, but my inclination is that he's ready). Anyway, I'm a teacher and since I have summers off, I figured it was a good time to focus consistently on pottying.

So in the few weeks leading up to summer break, what are some good PLing books and videos that we can start with him. We have Once Upon a Potty, and it's pretty okay (I change the words so that we're actually saying penis instead of wee-wee or whatever they call it). But I'd like some other books and I'd also like some videos.

So what do you recommend?

We really liked the Dr. Sears You Can Go To The Potty book, and dd really liked the Mercer Meyer little critter The New Potty, although bizarrely not once is pee, poop, or anything else mentioned in the whole book. I just added it myself. I did see a few others at the library but didn't like any of them. We didn't do any videos so I can't help you there.

As an aside, there's a really good potty at IKEA in the kids' section for $3, if you don't already have one (or a few -- I bought several for upstairs, downstairs, outside on the deck, and in the van for when I took the plunge and went diaperless in the carseat).
