so i've been using livestrong to track calories and am seem to be losing a little bit of weight. i'm wondering whether i need to constantly go in and recalculate my calorie requirement, or whether this is taken into consideration when i initially went in and stated how much i wanted to lose over what amount of time. does anyone know? thanks.

You need to update your status with some regularity. Usually, if you lose 5 lbs, it should be calculated, and definitely if you go from say 150 to 149 (changing a "decade").
