so it's been about 6 mo since i have stopped bfing totally. i haven't noticed any milk since then. today in the shower i found that one of my nipples had a small drop of liquid on it, and when i tried to express i got a small whiteish/yellow drop from the bottom of my nipple and a small clear yellowish drop on top. how concerned should i be about this??
adding that after reading on the mayo clinic website i am also on lexapro which has made my breasts very tender for a full week before my period starts.
