International midwives day

Is anyone getting their midwives anything for International Midwives day on the 5th?

I kind of want to get something for my MW and her apprentice, but money is pretty tight and I don't know what to get.

Just thought I'd see if anyone was thinking similarly.

I'm friends with my midwife on Facebook and a while back she posted she wanted to settle in with some wine and chocolate. I think I'll be giving her that most excellent combination.

ooh, good idea!

I think we are going to make them each a large handmade card with some pregnancy art on the front (courtesy of my hubby who is really talented and creative) and I'm going to bake them each something special. My MW is vegan so I think a vegan apple pie with some coconut bliss vegan ice cream - vanilla flavor of course
