Anyone else have a very ACTIVE Baby?

This is my first pregnancy, and I started feeling little movement around 16 weeks. By 18 weeks they were strong, by 19 they were strong and very often, now at 20 they are nearly non-stop during the day! I don't go an hour with out that little baby kicking at my bladder! I feel like this kid is already training for martial arts or something!! Oh and did I mention the kicks are very very low, like I don't tell people they are happening because it would be way too awkward for them to feel them. AND people look at me like I'm crazy when I'm in my own home with my hand in my pants to feel the little bugger from the outside.

Part of me thinks my due date could be off (we had no idea we were pregnant till we were at about 7 weeks... so its only a guess from one u/s). Or that there might be a second baby in there.. OR that our baby will never ever sleep once they come out to meet us!

My 20 week ultrasound is TOMORROW so I will find out if my due date is accurate and if there are is a second hiding in there.

Has anyone else had a LOT of movement like this??

yep... on baby #3 of insane movement.

I first started feeling this one before I was even 10 weeks along and now today its been going on almost all day long

DD I felt starting at 10/11 weeks

DS I felt starting at 14 weeks

I tend to feel min early and strong. Never off on dates, never twins... just very active babies and sensitive down there to every movement.

Pretty sure I'm carrying a Chinese acrobat. Started feeling movement around 15 weeks. Very active kid. Much more than my DD was, as far as I can remember. My DD has turned out to be a very observant and cautious kid (though once she jumps in, watch out). I'm predicting a more "learn by trial and error" personality for this one.

As far as dating, the early u/s are much more accurate than the 20 week for that, so actually the date you have should be what you go with. Not that due dates mean much anyway. My DD was 12 days "overdue."

I'm fairly sure Fiona's been inviting friends over to play Dance Dance Revolution.

My first was like that. This one moves plenty, but she's way more chill than #1. With #1, I thought for sure my 20 wk u/s would show her with a couple of extra limbs.

BTW: DD1 is still, at 2.5, way more active than most kids.

Oh yeah, I know the feeling well!!
Don't worry too much about feeling all the movement down low either. My little kung-fu star hung out head up right until about a week and a half ago (28-29 weeks). He would somersault every once in a while but pretty much ALL the movement was at the bottom of my uterus. And then I'm pretty sure he hung out transverse for a few days (I was SUPER uncomfortable and I wasn't feeling much movement...I think he wedged himself into an awkward position and it took him a while to get out). Anyways, now, I'm almost positive he's head down (yay!). He's still really active but all the movement is at the top of my utuerus! (my cervix is so happy for a rest from it's trampoline duties...)

So I found out that its not his feet I'm feeling but his HANDS. I went in for mu 20 week u/s today and he is upside down. I have an Anterior Placenta that it making it hard for me to feel his feet which are up and to the left.

There is in fact only 1 baby (BOY) in there and my due date is only two days earlier!

Our Puck's been running a marathon (at sprint speeds) since week 18. We're now in week 36. Our faboo midwife says: "An active baby is a well baby."
