Please advise

Im looking for some help with the following issues. My daughter is now 7 months old. It has been a long 7 months dealing with various issues. Im looking for some advice from those of you that have gone through this as well. Here goes: One week after her two mo vax she broke out with a skin rash.. very mild but it spread rapidly. ECZEMA. Head to toe. I ahve not vaccinated since. She was breastfed and had an occasional bottle of milk based formula. I stopped the formula and went on a vegan diet for 6 weeks wit no results. I had skin testing doen ad egg came back positive. I then was told to stop bfing and put her on ALimentum which she is still on. Her eczema ia managed except for her face and she is constantly itchy all over, especially before bed. I have tried both natural and steroid treatments. We have removed our dog from the house, purchased an air purifier, cleaned ducts, steamed carpets, stopped using cleaning products, filtered water and nothing took the eczema away.
I went to allergist today at CHOP and he said her stools do not look normal.. they are very dark and he suspected blood in the stools. He put her on Ele care formula. I still am not able to give her solids becasue she has broken out after everything I have tried so far... bananas, avacados, rice, oatmeal, apples. The only thing she is ok with so far is pears. So I am looking for some help or advice moving forward. Has anyone used Elecare? Results? Any food recommendations... or supplements... anything to help this poor little girl would be wonderful. There are so many knowlegeable peple on these forums and I come on here and get so overwhelmed. Please help!!!

It may be that she is allergic/intolerant to corn which I believe is in both formulas that she was on. If BFing her is not possible anymore, I would say that a good probiotic would help, some fermented vegetables. BodyEcology.com has the cocobiotic which really helped my DD in the beginning, but any fermented vegetables should work. Also, if you introduce solids, try meats first, a lot of people react to vegetables and fruits (maybe some pureed boiled chicken or turkey, but not the stuff from the deli).

Did he do a stool test to determine if there was blood?
The top foods are dairy, gluten, soy, corn, and eggs so leave those for absolutely last (oats contain gluten). If you do a search for Joneja Allergy Chart, it lists foods more/less likely to be allergenic.
You could make your own formula. I think other people on here have done that.
What kind of doctor are you seeing now - an allergist? a GI?

Thank you. I suspected corn also. We scratched for corn and it was neg. We also had her on the ready made form of alimentum which I was told by the allergist does not have corn, onlt the powder form does.

We have been to the allergist and just made appt w gi. He did not test the stool just going on what I told him. It looked like charcoal ashes and was black and gooey.
Yesterday I mixed 2oz of elecare and 4 alimentum all day and her sools look normal. She is extremely itchy though(
