Meningitis question?

I'm just starting to look at the vaccine info on here - DD has her 2 month check up on Wednesday.

If I had meningitis at 6 weeks old, does that mean my breastmilk will carry the antibodies for DD? I'm not sure if I had viral or bacterial.

Meningitis is an inflammation of the membranes (meninges) and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding your brain and spinal cord, usually due to the spread of an infection.
