Toothpaste?

DD just got two teeth i have the MAM toothbrush thats completely safe but im wondering what to brush her teeth with. do i use baby toothpaste and if so what brand? organic and natural pls

Nothing, just water is fine. Our dentist told us to just brush her teeth with a wet toothbrush. When they get a little older where they won't swallow but actually spit out toothpaste then use a tiny amt. But until then, just brush 'em

i called a ped dentist when dd got her first teeth - they said no toothpaste until at LEAST a year old, and when you start using it make sure it is fluoride free and use a baby pea sized amt. but just water until then.

We use the Earth's Best organic baby/toddler toothpaste. It's not really "toothpaste," it's just really flavored glycerin gel -- we just put a drop on her little fingertip toothbrush and rub it on her teeth and gums. I like it because DD really enjoys the flavor, so she looks forward to having her teeth brushed.
