What have you eaten today?

I had a bowl of oatmeal with raisins for breakfast, a snack of an apple and cereal bar, huge plate of egg salad for lunch...so far...

dd had cereal and milk, some type of fruit at school snack time and she has ham sandwiches for lunch with fruit juice.

It's still morning here, so all I've had is strawberries...lots and lots of strawberries! Our food co-op is having a sale on organic ones, so I am making jam this morning and eating as I go along!

peet's coffee with cardamom and half and half
1 corn tortilla with feta and green olives and some diced avocado and cholula
it's not lunch yet.

a milk/banana smoothie (raw milk, banana, this one had yogurt and vanilla, and an egg yolk. usually it's raw milk, banana, egg yolk, and a dash of buttermilk, which is tastier), and two cod liver oil/butter oil pills (not really food, I know).

I love reading these threads!

I've had:

Breakfast- leftover venison casserole
Lunch- leftover cauliflower & broccoli in cheese sauce
Snack- kefir & strawberry smoothie
Dinner- baked salmon with pesto, balsamic roasted tomatoes & pea puree

Also a decaf coffee and a rooibos tea, both with cream.

Breakfast was a small fruit/peanut butter smoothie, an onion bagel with cream cheese and coffee.

Lunch is a ham, macaroni, cheese and veggie casserole thing I made up the other night. With bread and butter and water.

I have some kettle chips and a zucchini muffin for a snack later if I'm still hungry. And lots of water.

Dinner will be potato pancakes, bacon and fruit.

some stuff i am not too proud of that is chocolate related..
and i went to a work baby shower where someone had brought a dish that was so awesome i had to post to describe it:
red rice with scallions, red pepper, pecans, some other veggies, and walnut and olive oil, with mint and basil and lemon. mmmmmmmmmmm. i pestered her for the recipe, too. i ate a humongous plate of it.

breakfast: toast w/ sliced cheese & boiled egg, coffee w/milk
lunch: 2 corn tortillas w/turkey, swiss, mustard - melted, iced coffee w/milk
snack: a Zone bar
dinner (haven't yet made it): some sort of grilled chicken breast, salad, maybe a starch

I have a cold, and have a terrible time making myself eat. This thread has made me aware that I've eaten:

Two hard-boiled eggs.
One Muffet with milk.
and...coffee...

That's it. Oh, my...time to saute some kale, I think. And, maybe I'll have that last grapefruit...

Breakfast: A 16oz coffee with cream and sugar.

Lunch: A large bean & rice burrito with cheese, salsa, peppers, sour cream and guacamole. Water.

It's not dinnertime yet but last night I had: fried fish, couscous and green beans.

I don't usually snack much.

I've eaten snobby joes, quinoa millet waffles with chocolate chips, and rice bread topped with mashed black beans and cheese.

Later, I'm having kale chips with acv.

I'm taking a break from my ED today, so I'm indulging!

Breakfast: a boiled egg with black pepper, tea (I usually eat more-- today I just wasn't hungry.)

lunch: beef tacos--- so cheddar, beef, onion, tomato, lettuce, corn tortilla, cayenne pepper, cumin, coriander, paprika, and some canned tomato salsa, and some more tea

snack: a handful of raisins and peanuts, some milk

dinner: pork chops braised in apple juice (with palm oil, some flour to thicken sauce, tomato paste, vinegar, and a tiny bit of honey), roasted potatoes with olive oil, and asparagus roasted in olive oil, home-canned applesauce, more tea

dessert: dunno. I have a yearning for some chocolate chip cookies, so I might bake some after the kiddos go to sleep (so I don't have to share! ). So: whole wheat flour, coconut oil, butter, dark chocolate, honey, baking soda, salt, vanilla, more peanuts

breakfast: leftover cold fried chicken from last night (love it!)
lunch: pineapple juice and a few raspberries on the way back from Costco
dinner: stuffed mushrooms, then dairy/gluten free ziti bake, with salad and a lime rickey

Breakfast: Glazed donut and a Naked juice drink
Lunch: Sushi i picked up at the grocery store
Dinner: veggie burger, corn on the cob, sweet potato fries, and Beer!

Not a typical day, but a busy one.

Breakfast: Coffee w/ milk, whole wheat toast w/ PB, apple
Snack: Cheese
Lunch: Leftover soup: potatoes, kale, it sausage, bacon, onions/garlic. Grapes.
Snack: More cheese (just bought a block of extra sharp cheddar, can't. stop. eating!)
Dinner: More soup. We were supposed to have tilapia tacos with orange/cucumber salsa, but it didn't happen. The kids were blowing up at dinner time.
Dessert: couple of whole wheat crackers and Nutella. DH and I are having some beer too.

Breakfast was a pumpkin muffin and a few raw pecans. I had a granola bar on the run for a snack... Lunch was a soy cheese quesadilla on sprouted tortillas with avocado, and 2 oranges and some strawberries.

Today:
Breakfast was an english muffin with pb&j and coffee.
Lunch was leftover potato pancakes, hard boiled egg, zucchini muffin.
Snack was kettle chips.
Dinner will be quesadillas, tortilla chips with salsa and guacamole and then some with cinnamon and sugar.

Biscuits, sausage and eggs (which is what I made for dinner! )
Carrots and hummus


I have some plans later of making popcorn and eating chocolate
