Breakfast: a boiled egg with black pepper, tea (I usually eat more-- today I just wasn't hungry.)
lunch: beef tacos--- so cheddar, beef, onion, tomato, lettuce, corn tortilla, cayenne pepper, cumin, coriander, paprika, and some canned tomato salsa, and some more tea
snack: a handful of raisins and peanuts, some milk
dinner: pork chops braised in apple juice (with palm oil, some flour to thicken sauce, tomato paste, vinegar, and a tiny bit of honey), roasted potatoes with olive oil, and asparagus roasted in olive oil, home-canned applesauce, more tea
dessert: dunno. I have a yearning for some chocolate chip cookies, so I might bake some after the kiddos go to sleep (so I don't have to share!

). So: whole wheat flour, coconut oil, butter, dark chocolate, honey, baking soda, salt, vanilla, more peanuts
