I'm so embarrassed to bring this up but I need to.
My son is now 20 months old and I'm ashamed to say that I've only lost maybe 10 pounds of pregnancy weight. I need to lose at least 15 more and I swear it refuses to budge. The biggest issue I have is with that belly pooch at the bottom. I ended up with a c-section and now my belly hangs over.
Any recommendations on how to tighten that up?
I'm eating 1200-1400 calories everyday, 20 minutes of moderate exercise everyday. I don't get it. Do you think lack of sleep may be the culprit? Any suggestions are appreciated!
