RF strollers, child faces parent, moveable handles?

looking for a stroller that allows child (not just infant bucket seat) to be rear facing. in other words the child can be faced towards parents pushing. Would prefer a stroller that has a bucket and not be very expensive as its only really going to be used for a very short time. I have our maclaren triumph for our main stroller use whens baby can be in it.

I love the bugaboo but really $500 used is still too much to justify the really small time I will use. I have to use a lightweight "umbrella" type of stroller here...bulky strollers are obsene in this city

I got a used Peg Perego Venezia off Craigslist for $25 and it's in really good shape. I didn't want to buy new because, like you I only use it for a short period of time.

We have one of these. DD is two and I still use it in the position where we can face each other. We purchased ours from a local baby store that put it together for us. Here is the exact stroller.

We have this one and I really like it. Only thing I wish I could change is it doesn't fold up as small as I would like it to. Not sure what I was expecting, but its a pain to store because I think it's fairly large (though it's the only stroller I've ever had so I don't really have anything to compare it to )

Can I tell you I don't even know how to fold the thing?LOL. It's my everyday stroller but I just push it into our apartment building and leave it by the door. It's in such great shape. We've had it for two years now. It's interesting seeing how DD has grown into it.
