I was in the water for around 3hrs and got in when I was 7cms. He was born after 25 mins of pushing and my labor was about 6.5 hours

my labor really began at 4 pm. i got into the pool at 10 pm. i only got out to pee a couple times. she was born at 4 am after a half hour of pushing.
