Best cheap phone/cell/internet?

I'm currently trying to trim whatever we can out of our already frugal budget due to some big changes happening in our lives in the near future. I've gotten most everything figured out except phone/cell/internet. We currently have a bundle for $90 for our home phone and internet (DSL, not super fast) and our both our cell phones are covered by DH's employer.

We are looking to get our own cell phone plan shortly because DH will be changing careers. We use cell phones for just phone and texting at the moment, we don't have fancy smartphones even though I'd love them lol. We would like to keep some sort of internet because we use it for managing our finances and for homeschooling (among other things). The home phone I'm not super attached too and we rarely even use the "free" long distance (we could use cells for that anyway). I'm wondering if we should keep just basic service (no long distance) for 911 and to be able to keep our "home" phone #.

So tell me frugal mamas, what has worked good for you in these areas? What services do you like and how much are they? Also we will possibly/likely be moving later this year to the next county over, so I don't want any trouble with contracts for the internet with moving households.

In our area, you can drop your landline phone and keep any regular phone plugged into the phone jack and it will work for 911 calls. There is still a dialtone nowadays (at least here in our area).
