Hi, I actually get morning sickness at night, about four to five hours after I take my prenatal vitamins. I'm starting to wonder if I'm losing the vitamins from the vomiting. Should I take them again after I bow at the porcelain throne? Or maybe they're already absorbed into my system and I don't have to worry.

If I take them with a substantial meal, I can be okay, but the *thought* of them makes me more sick. And it doesn't take much of waking up at night, throwing up with that distinctive taste, to make me think it's not a good idea.
