No Dairy/Soy Menu Ideas

Anyone have any links or knowledge as to what I can feed 14month dd? I do the basics, but am running low on ideas and starting to feel like a bad mama.

Most recipes are a bit advanced since she is only 14 months old. She is still BF which eases the nutrition concern a bit, but we need a broader diet than pasta, rice, veggies, fruit, and a little meat.

The thing is, I don't know how to cook. So this is a learning experience since I do not even know the basics of nutrition or cooking. I am slowly learning.....

Any links, recipe, menus would be welcomed. I am also trying to be more frugal/organized so I need help with HOW to plan meals.....

I had to learn to cook to avoid milk/soy for my DS and me. You're avoiding the foods too since she can't have them, right?

chicken marsala over rice
baked salmon with sauteed spinach (my DD2's favorite when she was a toddler)
chickpeas
Swedish meatballs
Spaghetti and meatsauce (messy though for that age)
waffles/pancakes (you can make them with water or rice milk)
eggs any which way w/ bacon/sausage
breakfast burrito (home fries, scrambled eggs, onions, peppers)
salad
pot roast, mashed potatoes, gravy
sweet potato fries (another hit with the young)
roasted potatoes and/or veggies
hash (potatoes/meat)
potato pancakes
(it's 7am, I'm stuck in breakfast mode)
scalloped potatoes
stuffed peppers (she can eat the insides)
poached salmon
pan fried tilapia
cabbage rolls
