Switching from raw to past. milk questions

Would switching back and forth between pasteurized and raw milk cause intestinal upset?

DS has had a belly ache off and on for about two weeks and I'm wondering if that might be the cause. Dd has also had some belly complaints, so perhaps a virus or perhaps the milk? He is missing out on a lot of activities and I'd like to find the cause.

Thanks!

I don't know if the switching could do it but pasteurized milk can cause digestion problems for many people who can still tolerate raw.

Oh yes, I cannot tolerate pasteurized milk after drinking raw. I get diarrhea and colon pain.
