is the Jumpstart you buy different from the Jumpstart you download?

Another post I had in the homeschooling forum got me looking at the Jumpstart virtual online game. My kids are doing the free trial and are near addicted. They love it.
I was hoping for something with an educational componant. Are there different Jumpstarts you can download/buy that are gr.1 skills etc?

The excitment/visuals are pretty awesome in the online game, are the "learning Jumpstart" games the same or way less for excitment? (from a 6 year old's perspective)

ds loves the free version, and wants to get the extras for joining online. The big advertisment that you get everytime you shut it down really bugs me
I'll be watching to see if anyone has experience with buying it.

We have 3 different JumpStarts and yes they come in various levels....we currently have Kindergarten but I have seen others as well. My ds loves them.
