I have a 7 week old boy and one breast became VERY engorged while he was asleep in my lap. He woke up and nursed over an hour ago, but that breast still hurts a LOT. I just took some tylenol it was so bad. Interfering with my ability to do anything. Should I pump it? Or is this just residual pain from engorgement?

I had that happen once! I pumped both breasts to empty. Then next nursing nursed on one, and pumped the other to about half (until it was soft, but still had milk coming). Then, at the next nursing, nurse from the pumped breast until empty. You might then have to switch sides, but it evened me back out.
Good luck!
Good luck!
