My 4 week old had been pulling off my breasts a lot this week. I know, in an older baby, this can be a sign of an ear infection or teething but I'm wondering about this age. He is a gassy/fussy baby and we've also been dealing with thrush-he was on nystatin by 1 wk and has been on diflucan since last week. Wondering if the meds could cause this? It seems like pulling off the breast would just cause more gas. Any thoughts?
