Yes, I think it would help. I know that (despite eating tf) I continued to have pp issues until recently (and my dd is almost 4!), because it was caused by nutrient deficiencies. They just got worse instead of better due to extended bfing and stress. I have found a trifecta of supps that help me: magnesium glycinate, Bs (I take a complex and extra folate and B-12), and zinc. I feel so much better, better than I ever have in my life in fact. I also eliminated a few foods for my dd's intolerances (although she is now weaned), gluten, dairy, soy, and eggs, so that may have played a part in my healing. I won't preach to you about nutrition, because I know you are knowledable, but maybe you just need a little boost.
