BTW, my mom's birth (at age 41) was a husband-assisted HVAC & everyone was fine. I love having that memory of my sister's gentle, normal birth.

Love this response. Remember, you're less emotional than those that are questioning your HB decision. You've done the research, you know the risks. Choosing to have a SECOND!!! HB at your age is totally reasonable as a choice. They are the ones suggesting hospital birth is risk free. Suggesting epidurals are risk free. Suggesting continuous fetal monitoring improves outcomes. Uh, no, on all accounts.
